I decided to go with 17x8 inch Gunner 6 rims and 245/75/R17 tires. This is an upgrade from my stock 16x6.5 inch rims with a 245/75/R16 tire so what im asking is will the new tires and rims stick out past my fender or still be inside it. I am very particular when it comes to rock chips. Is there any other advice anyone may have. Thanks

I just bought these wheels this week. These will not stick out. They will be very close to the stock wheels. They will stick out maybe .5 to 1 inch further than the stock wheels.

Backside spacing?

 

Here is a truck with 20x9 Gunner 6 chromes. They fit just under the fender lip. They are an inch wider than the wheels you are buying.
