Need Pictures

I have searched and searched for some decent pictures and came up empty handed. I have a black 09 silverado 1500. Trying to decide if I want alum polished wheels or a combo of polished and black. Does any one have some pics to show off. Need to see a black silverado with black wheels. My two choices are down to Moto metal MO957 or any of the black KMC wheels. Looking at xd series Spy, Addict or Diesel.

Also, has anyone had any luck with chrome wheels and salty roads during the winter. Is it impossible to keep from rusting if u live in the north.

This is my last step before I can lift her up.

my opinion: chrome on black looks good.

 

you need glossy black wheels with a glossy black truck. if you have flat black accents (fender flares, etc) then flat black wheels with polished accents give it good contrast.. like flat black rims with polished alum. lip and lugs.

 

chrome/glossy black if you are going for a street truck look, flat black to match offroad accents.

 

all of the XD rims look good if you ask me.

Check out my garage. I have black XD Monsters. I love them. Wouldn't go any other way. The flat black is perfect I think. But then again I have carbon metallic black so it's not totally black. But close enough.

I am in the same situation. I have narrowed the style to black wheels with the machined face. I like several of the XD-Series wheels and a couple from Dick Cepek. I think the combination of shiny and black will compliment the rest of my truck. For sure I have decided against "all black", and not sure about "all-bling" yet!!

i'm with LSU dark knight.. on his truck the monster's look perfect with the flat black grille, lower valance, mirrors, door handles, etc.. nice contrast and gives it a rugged offroad look.

 

just looked at your profile and you're only 22 as well.

I dont have pics of wheels mounted but my buddy has Dale Jr. Cannon 18's on his '03 silverado and they look awesome. I always wanted these for my 2000 but could never afford them at the time.

rolling big power rims are nice for what it sounds like you're looking for, a little pricey though
