is there a difference between the 08 and 09 silverado ecsb 5.3 for the level kits cause belltech only has 08 ....

 

and if i take out the block does it make it a 3 inch drop?

Nothing with the suspension changed between 08 and 09 and removing the rear block will drop the rear an additional 1.25".
