I ordered 4 fumoto oil valves from the website. After waiting over 10 days, and nothing being processesd or shipped, I called the 800 number. Every time I called I got an answering machine. I emailed, asking for a status, and no answer. So, I called today, and left a message to cancel the order. 10 minutes later I get an email that my order was being shipped! I called, and this time someone answered. I told him about calling, and emailing, and said cancel my order. He knew it was me, and gave me my order number, and stated he would cancel it. I support small business, as it sounds like he is running the whole thing by himself, probably out of his house. But, whats so hard about stocking the maybe 10 different valves they have, or answering an email within 24hrs! Anyway, I found a shop on eBay, that sells them for about 2 bucks more, but it comes with free shipping, and he has 100% positive feed back.

IF you run a business by yourself, and are going to be out of town for 2 weeks, post a note on your site. Or, have an auto reply on your email, or message on your answering machine. The site lists updates for processing and shipping. Like I said, basically there are fewer then 10 different kinds of valves. I don't see why these wouldn't be stocked.

 

Anyways, it wasn't to my satisfaction. If its a chance you want to take, go for it!
