If you take your odometer reading and divide it by the Engine hours you should come up with your average speed, what is yours?

 

On my 03 Sierra for example it is 172,348 Miles divided by 4703 Hours would = 36.64 Average MPH

I averaged 74.30 as I drove (code 3) to the hospital today. 16 miles in 13 minutes...

Mine's about 34.5...however that is not very accurate as I'm sure the northern trucks have spent much more time idling.

true that, i'll check my hours tommrow but my average speed is going to way different then yours because my truck idles a ton in the winter...

Mine is just a tad over 50 mph because it gets so many highway miles. I have over 8k and around 160 hrs.

mine is 138 mph, ok kidding, its actually 38 mph.
