Poor Mpg And Power

I have a 2001 GMC Sierra 4X4 with 202,000 miles. I commute with this truck daily (90% highway miles 70MPH). At 175,000 miles my mileage went from 17.8 to 14.5 within two weeks. I have had the truck tuned, decarboned and the MAF replaced I am now getting 15.5mpg. It runs great in town, has alot of power, once I get out on the highway to around 60 MPH the truck becomes sluggish and down shifts even on small hills. The engine is stock other than a K&N filter nad does not burn oil.

Sounds like you may have a dragging brake or something along those lines...have your brakes checked.

I would have to second that. Whens the last time you had your front end replaced? Like your tie-rods, ball joints, idler arm etc...? If those parts get worn then your front tires are going to either bow out or pull inwards. You wont really notice it that much but your fuel milage and power will.
