I was just wondering if any has any input for this.

I have an 09 All Terrain, and want to through some 22's on it. I don't have it lifted or anything. Completely stock suspension wise.

It has 265/65-18 on it right now.

 

Will there be any rubbing with a 275/45-22?

 

Any other side effects?

No, there should be no issues with that setup. Your stock 265-65-18 is 10.43 in. wide and 31.56 in. tall. Your new setup of 275-45-22 will be 10.82 in. wide and 31.74 in. tall. So should be no problems there.
