ok, i have a 2005 silverado 1500 w/o bose and w/o XM...according to their literature this should work because i have a CD changer port in the back. they want me to use part#pxhgm3 but the intrustions just say plug into to factory radio...both ends are 12 pin, and the other end is for the periphial. so do I just plug in one end and leave the factory harness in? this would leave me with a dead end....

seems like i have a special radio cause none of the connectors in the kit work..i have a 24 pin radio connector and a 12 pin cd changer connector wtf no ihave to return this crap on ebay...should be fun
