Welcome brother you will find out quick that this is on of the best GM forums

 

 

It is a GREAT forum! Saved my 300 bones today. I'm used to working on naturally aspirated cars and today my voltage gauge drops to 12 volts. I check the alternator and battery and they seem to be charging at 12.3 volts. Almost bought a new alternator until I read some stuff on this forum talking about the new regulating control.
