'02 Envoy Cat Back Exhaust Available

Just in case anyone was interested, Borla is now offering a Dual, Rear Exit, Stainless Steel Cat back exhaust system for the Envoy. The part number is 140006 and the price on Borla's website is $970.00 ouch!!!  ??? I would hope the price will come down as they arrive at distributors.

:angry: Borla wants WAY too much for that exhaust.  I'm anxiously waiting Gibson to come out with one.

I agree. I don't see how they can get $900+ for a Cat Back system. The systems for the Sierras are only around $500. Nuts. I did read somewhere on the internet, and again I can't say the source is reliable, but that by adding that exhaust you can pickup 30hp. Doesn't that sound like an awful lot from just an exhuast?

I have the Borla on my truck and it is fantastic. I think the retail price is below $800, and that is not too bad for a 100 percent stainless steel system that is all mandrel bent, and has a high flow resinator and twin high flow mufflers.  I've had the other systems and they are not nearly the quality.  Dyno results to come.  Look for a full spread on the vehicle in Truckin's SUV Magazine.  My article will run this winter.

Thanks BlownBlazer, if you could post the dyno results when you get them that would be great. How does it sound? Then if I can just find somebody to buy my stock Envoy Stainless Steel Stock exauhst it might be worth it.

Can't wait to see some dyno numbers.  Let see how much $$ per HP that system cost. ;)
