Pinhole T-case But Not Pump Rub

Got a pin hole on a np263 xhd t-case but its not in the area of where all the pictures are showing pump rub. Mine Ive got it pinpointed at the bottom of the rear case next in between 2 bolts (closer to the passager side) on the casting fin that comes down that connects to the case between the 2 bolts. Thought it was in the case split were they go togather but stuck a small cloth in between the bolt on the round ring a ran it down the road and back and sure enough it was on the back side of the rag. Its got a tiny glob of a casting bur where one of the fins connects to the case right there.

Only seems to leak when it gets warm, and when filling it will blow back at u so Iam thing vent cap plugged but it dosnt seem to have one visable.

Anybody else ever have this problem?

Will jbweld hold or is there something better?

And lastly where is the breather on these T-cases? Theres nothing on top that I can feel.

Thanks for any insight

I have already made a transfer case pin hole repair with JB weld that is still holding. Check out my post and photos http://www.truckforums.com/forum/showthrea...52251#post52251 However, I've just discovered today another tiny pin hole developed in a different spot on the case. Looks like I'll be mixing up another batch of JB Weld for this hole too.
