Cfl On Nfl Network

They have been talking about this since the beginning of the season on TSN. Seems the NFL network is carrying 14 CFL games this year. So far I think they have all been Rider games. I was just curious if anyone south of the border had watched any of the games and if they are just showing TSN's broadcast, or if they have their own commentary and such.

At least they are playing games for the best team in the CFL!

I'm from Canada BC and I never watch the CFL, it sucks. NFL should take the CFL over already! And before I get bashed by my fellow countrymen, just remember in every CFL player theres a man hoping to get picked by the NFL!

I don't know if it is for every game, but they were talking 70 million watching south of the border. And of course it would be football fans looking for their fix by watching a league that starts regular season on July 1.

 

There is a real simple reason why CFL players want to go to the NFL. With very few exceptions, they can get paid better sitting on the bench in the NFL then they can being a starter in the CFL.

 

Oh and the NFL will never have a team north of the border, just like the CFL will never venture south of the border again. The CFL gets a lot of good college players, and the NFL gets some of those players after they have a good season or two. It's a nice arrangment for both.
