Installing Nav Radio In 2010 Gmc

let me start out by stated this is a great forum , I want to add a nav radio to my truck that has a standard radio/onstar/xm/bluetooth non bose system, I have read many posts on this topic and lots of great insight, many posts talk about adding a pac lock a vss harness and a small amp, what I noticed that most people adding the vss harness had older veh's, wondering if I needed this for my year, what pac kit to by as well as amp, is there a particular part # radio that would work in my truck better than others, also am going to add back-up camera system (already have harnesses ) and rear headrest dvd's, any more advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks for all your time.
