Snowmobile Trailer Cap

We have a 101 inch long, 10 feet wide, two place aluminum snowmobile trailer. My brother and I are thinking about getting a cap for it this year to make the couple of times we trailer that much easier and keep the sleds cleaner. The place we bought the trailer from wants $1400 for the cap. Anyone know of any good deals on trailer caps?

My buddy put one on his trailer last year. I don't know where he got it or how much he paid but I'll try to remember on Monday to ask him at work. It's pretty nice, and is a clamshell design.

Sorry, I was mistaken, and his trailer had it on there from the start. I have alot of friends that snowmobile and they said there are alot of companies out there that make what you want. $1400 sounds to me like a little on the pricey side...

I pulled a couple of companies off of the web. Most of them don't sell direct they have distributors. So, I guess we are going to end up spending a lot of time on the phone trying to get a good deal. Good thing we don't ride until December. I don't even have my new sled yet anyway.
