Shaking At Moderate Speeds

I've got a 1999 Sierra classic regular cab and it shakes at moderate speeds. I hear that it is a frame beaming problem. What is the fix for this issue. I have a regular cab and I don't think they have the replacement mounts for the regular cab. Is there another way to fix this issue?

Tires out of balance? Need more info. What makes you think it's frame beam problem?

Brand new tires were balanced, steering is tight. The steering wheel doesn't shake, the whole truck shakes. I'll look at the axles to see if they are bent. The rotors are good. Would a seized caliper make the truck shake? Is the frame beaming problem common with a 1999 sierra 1500 regular cab?

I just bought the truck that's why I'm asking these questions. Got a good deal, $1900 for a 1999 sierra reg cab with 140k. Maybe that's why it was such a good deal.

Wheel bearings, ball joints, bad tire( even new ones), rock in rim behind chrome cover, mud, bent rim, drive shaft bent, bent axle, worn bushings on leaf springs, lots more!

Rotors on the front with a siezed caliper you'd feel in the steering wheel.

 

I'd start with the rear-axel.

Not all those who balance tires know how to balance tires. Been there on that problem. The 3rd time back I insisted someone who knows what they were doing balance them this time and not give them the bum's rush the 19yo tire jockey was doing. The shop owner did it and I never again had problems. Most of these tire changers could care less if the tire is balanced right, they think the machine is fool proof.

Mine does it to slightly, you can't feel it but if you at like a seatbelt, it's kinda shaking. Rotate tires, aline it, balance it, and new shocks, maybe.
