2005 Blend Door Actuator

when I turn the heat on the passenger side blows heat, but the driver side does not. The research I have done makes it sound like a blend door actuator problem. Here is where I am having trouble. I have seen several places that talk about things you can do to reset/recalibrate the HVAC system. Will these work, or is it just a stop gap kind of thing? If the actuator needs replaced, where is it located? I have dual climate zones so I would assume that I have two acctuators.

The drivers side is on the first page. The passenger side is on the second page. The drivers side is the easy one...
