Unknown Wheels

Does anyone know what wheel this is? It is 20" chrome. I am looking to buy the set, but one is cracked and I want to know if it is worth fixing or replacing. The guy I am buying them off of doesn't know what they are and I can't find them anywhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If one is cracked then dont mess with them and they cant be repaired.

I've never seen anything like them. Cracks can be repaired if they are in the rim area and the result of a bend. Many companies like Wheels America and such have fixed a bunch for our companies. Re-chroming can get quite expensive... If the crack is in the center portion of the wheel, it's a goner.
