Door Handle

Does anyone know where I can get body color door handles OR covers.

All I seem to find on the internet are chrome handles or covers galore.

Ebay will be your best bet, or classifieds on a forum. You could get them from GM, but they cost a fortune.

Here's a good set of take off's. They are $179 though.

 

You can find them for $100 or less if you wait around. Also you may have trouble finding just 2 since you have an EC, so buying 4 will probably be neccessary

I just got a set of color matched handles for my truck off of Ebay...$64 total for handles and shipping. Don't limit your search for just Silverado handles...if you search Silverado handles and can't find what you're looking for, try searching for Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, or Avalanche. I searched for Sierra handles and found mostly chrome handles/covers. Then searched for Tahoe/Yukon handles and found the ones that I wound up buying.

 

Also, after searching and your results come up, on the left hand side of the page, there are sections to narrow results by price, year, condition, brand, etc. Under the PART BRAND section click OEM or when searching put 2007 Silverado door handle OEM in the search box. It will narrow the results down to OEM parts.

Am I the only one who prefers the black handles? They just seem "tougher" than the painted ones.

Colour matched for me, they just look smoother. The black ones look like you went for the cheap version (unless your truck is Black of course)
