What's The Best Way To Clean White Letters?

I'm getting a new set of tires tomorrow, Good Year Wrangler A/T Silent Armor's, with white letter, so I'm wondering how you guys that have white letters clean them. I know I remember my dad cleaning the white walls on his tires with an SOS (Brillo I think is what they're called in the US) pad but I don't know if that would work today.

Tire Bleach and a good brush worked great for me when I had white letters.

They sell it at most auto parts stores and Wal Mart.

Nothing I've seen will touch the Westley's on tires, black walls included.
