What Tire Pressure?

What pressure is reccommended to put in a set of 305/50/r20 120s on a set of KMC XD series rims? I just bought the truck and wondering what pressure is suppose to be in these.

Yes it is a 2007 GMC SLT Sierra 4x4 1500, with normal driving no off road.

I am at 40 all around on the Terra's and they wear perfect so far 2K, same as the stock AT/S and they worn perfect also 54K.

Un-loaded my back tires weren't making full contact (there's a lot less weight back there). Found that the sweet spot for the rear tires were around 33lb, but i run 35 now just to keep it nice round numbers (40/35)

 

Edit: and i go by tread wear. Im not a big fan of the chalk tests that some people recommend because the tires sitting in a driveway do not represent how they contact the road when spinning at 40-70 mph. thats just a good "starting point" if you're running a really off-the-wall size like a 37x14.5

I also run mine 40psi front and 35psi rear. Gets the best wear.
