Mb Wheels At Discount Tire Or Eagle Wheels

Been looking at wheels on the Discount Tire website and I was curious what everyone thinks about them. Specifically, I'm looking at the Gunner 6 or the V-Drive in 18".

How is the quality of the chrome and what is the weight rating of these wheels. Any issues with runout? Are they hub centric?

The website has a $50 off deal if you order online by 12/31. They also recommend a TPMS "rebuild kit" for $30; is that a necessity given my truck is about 3 years old and has <20K miles?? They also recommend a chrome acorn lugnut set for $55.

The local Discount Tire store doesn't have either wheel on display (regardless of size or bolt patter) so without actually seeing one, I'm curious about what they are really like.

Another option I'm considering is the American Eagle 079 in 18". Our shop deals with a local Goodyear store for tire resales and they have Eagle wheels on display and the sample wheel (an 079) looks nice. The chrome is excellent with no pitting and a very smooth surface on the spokes and rim. I can get these at our shop discount so the price will be close to the Discount Tire package.

I'm not doing a leveling kit and the tires on the truck are still looking new so going to wider tires or 20's is not an option.

So what says everyone?

Gunners are good looking wheels, all be it they look best in the 20" version, and there are plenty of folks running them over on GMFS. From my experience, the wheels discount endorses are good wheels and they all have a 1 year finish warranty and a lifetime structural, which is the same as everbody else. If you like the Eagles better, DT can get those too and they will price match.
