Chevy 2005 Silverado Ls Quadrasteer

I have a truck description above ^^and i wanted to get it lifted. When i went to a shop they told me that they never made a lift of any kind for this certain truck. I really want a lift if anyone knows anything about this and can help me let me know. it will be much appreciated. Also my truck is a dark pewter color, should i get black or chrome 20 inch rims? any suggestions on rims?

uh good luck with the lift, for one i don't think quadrasteer was around long enough for anybody to come out with a lift kit, and two i don't even know if the quadrasteer suspension can be modified....man i would keep it stock height, QS is so damn expensive to fix

yeah, thats what im going to do. Im just going to get it leveled and get new rims and tires on it

A body lift may be a possibility, although I don't know much at all about the Quad steer GMC.

I've been thinking about just doing a 2-4" lift for mine. You can find stories of large QS lifts that have been attempted in years past. But you might start with Google...here are a few links to get you going:

Yeah one very similar to that but just an 05 version.

i could not imagine a lift would be too safe with all 4 wheels turning at a time..with the high center gravity..just don't go ape shit and make a grave digger and you will be good

I think a lifted QS would be awesome. I wouldn't go over a 33 just to keep it a little easier on the parts in the rear. Dunno if you can beef em up or not. A guy by me has a 77 f350 short bed regular cab that is runnin 44's as quadrasteer. Bad ass at car shows when driving down the street sideways. Post pics when done bro

I have a 2003 Chevy 4x4 quadra and had 4 wheel parts=www.4wheelparts.com install a 6 inch lift kit and I run Hummer 2 wheels 8 lug = bolt on

. No problem in 2 years off road or on road.
