Bumper To Bumper Warranty....

I got my 2010 Silverado in July and already the tailgate bowtie is discolored on the top. It looks like it's old and it's turning black. Is this something GM will replace under the bumper to bumper warranty? My truck is garage kept and the garage has heat. I see no reason why this should be happening ALREADY. Anyone else have a problem with their emblems??

My dads bowtie on his trailblazer on front and back started doing this and almost looked like water was getting inside... Dealer replaced both no question asked

Bumper to bumper does not cover everything up to 36000 miles. It will cover that Bowtie. Not items like brakes, wiper blades,Tires, 12000 is the cut off on maintenance items,of course some Dealers will good will some items.Depends on the Dealer.

Our 2011 Silverado was built in November, 2010 and it did the same thing, only it started at the bottom. It's a common problem and will be covered under warranty. I used a blow dryer and a plastic tool to pull it off just this morning. It's totally debadged now except for the bowtie in the grill. I think I'll probably replace the rear bowtie with something smaller. Looks a bit strange totally naked.
