from what i understand you just need to extend a wiring harness and keep the rear pinion angle as low as possible to keep the rear caster from being off

i can't remember 100 percent, but i thought the quadrasteers were on an HD frame, if thats the case your wheels will be 8 lug wheels, then you'll need keys for a 2500hd, if its a 6 lug it's for sure a 1500 and those will work just fine. HOWEVER 99 percent of the time you can just crank up the factory keys to level it out, unless they're worn/sagged out

It's 6 lug. and i learned my lesson with cranking torsion bars with my 95 z71 2 months later my pitman arm fell off and it really messes up caster/camber so tires wear very uneven

 

Wait a minute...a 2003 1500HD with Quadrasteer (like mine) is an 8-lug.
