I cant decide between the banks and the gibson...Then Someone told me about Flo pro HD big oval that was made just for the 6.0. I want deep and low with no cracking or resonance noise. What you guys think?????

Go with CORSA. No drone what so ever. check out their site it has sound clips on it.

I know its not what you asked about, but I prefer Magnaflow. I had a dual/dual on my 06 HD and I loved the sound running through the dual tailpipes with 3.5"x18" tips. No pop, but I did have some drone because I only used a 14" muffler. A longer case will help reduce resonance, as will running tailpipes out the back.

 

Ive got a single/single 24" Magnaflow on my 05 5.3 and it sounds almost stock with a slight rumble at idle, and then opens up with a nice tone under load. Cruising I cante even hear it with my radio on. I dont even listen to my radion past the 3rd or 4th notch.

I know it's not what you were asking about, I had a magnaflow on my 2007 sierra with a 6.0 in it. Nice low grumble at start, pretty loud at WOT, but not obnoxious.

I'm actually looking into putting a MBRP dual split rear onto my 2010 Silverado. I like to have a nice growl to things, but the corsa for me sounds way too much like straight pipes (which i'm not looking for) do a search on youtube for mbrp sierra and there is a clip right from mbrp as to how it would sound on a 5.3 (i have a 6.2 so it's gonna be a tad louder) but it has a nice growl to it without the cracking an popping that a flowmaster and corsa db seem to have...but thats just my $.02

I put a Gibson on my 6.0 gmc and am happy. Stainless steel and priced fairly cheap with no drone at all. I can't tell you how it sounds in 4cyl mode as I have the afm turned off. I just called and talked to a tech and explained what I was looking for and bought what he suggested and have no regrets. He even called about 6months later to see how I liked the new system.

No argument out of me if the cops in this area weren't complete dicks. If i put a corsa or a cherry bomb on my truck, i might as well leave my glove compartment open so i can keep putting noise ordinace violation tickets in my glovebox. Don't get me wrong, i love the way corsa sounds, and the corsa db systems, but....i don't need more tickets...which is why i have decided even though i love to disturb the peace, the MBRP Pro series system (dual outs) is what i'm most likely going tto put on the 6.2

I'm thinking really hard about the corsa for my truck. I have a regular cab long bed and they have a kit for my truck. The only thing is, it is $1000, is that worth it? I don't know? How about it guys is there a cheap place to get these kits or just the muffler? Autoanything was the cheapest part # 14890. $992 w/free shipping, that I found.

I know they are pricey but they are quality kits and when they say no drone there is no drone at all. And the sound is awesome!

I had a Flo-Pro on my 04 Sierra Denali , I went with the 2505 which is the loudest of the Big Oval series, wasn't that loud, no resonance better flowing than stock, you can see daylight when looking thru it.

I have Corsa muffles on my LS2 Goat, and really like the sound. Going to get the Corsa for my 05 Yukon Denali, with this years tax return, lol.

I had borla on an 05 6.0 and magnaflow on an 04 they both sounded great, and the qaulity of the material was great.
