Oem Grill Or Not

Is this a OEM set up? I havn't seen a chrome grill/ black bumper set up like this before but maybe I havn't been paying enough attention so I thought I'd ask you guys.

It is a clean looking used work truck I am thinking about buying. It has a clean carfax no wrecks but the grill has me wondering. TPaint and inside are on par for year and milage, but the undercarraige looks beat to hell. It looks like a 10 year old truck underneath. Maybe it was driven on a lot of gravel roads. I'm used to seeing trucks that live their life on concrete/ asphalt and I loooked under a few older truckstoday just to compare and they looked nothing like that. You know, thinking about the under carriage, I'm not really interested, but I'm curious about that grill. Anybody?

It looks like the factory gm chrome grille, but I've never seen a truck(gmt-900) from the factory with chrome grille and a work truck bumper like that, my bet is someone put that on there.

There are no real undercarragie shots sorry. There is one of a freshly painted rear wheel well yes painted black. The milage on those pics is about 400 less than it had today so it looks like they have had the truck froa while and using it as a shop truck. The painted wheel wells rear looked way more convincing today as they were now dirty and had a less suspicious look to them. Judgung from the undercarraige I'm sure the wells were beat before they painted them.
