Power Window Upgrade

Hi, i have a 2001 sierra, I am looking to add power windows to the truck, that was the only option that it didnt have that i wanted when I bought it. Now if i find a parts truck, will i be able to get away with swapping just the inner door panels and the motor/regulator assembley or do i need to change the glass and door too? And im assuming that the wiring would be pretty srraight foreward but I would apreciate any advice frome someone who is more experienced in this than me.

probably a whole lot easier and cheaper to just use an aftermarket electric window kit. any decent alarm shop chould be able to do it.. my neighbor has a 1986 Chevy Silverado that he added them too, been working for him for over 15 years without issue..

 

it's basically a little motor that replaces the crank on the door panel, and uses the hand crank gear and hardware.. about $200 installed most places.
