Steps.... No Steps...?

Hey guys,

 

 

 

I originally had steps on my truck, and took them off when I ordered new ones in black vs the stainless that were on there, and was going to sell the steps on there as a wash. I also took off my old iron cross "stainless" steps after rusting only having them six months. So I took the steps off myself about two months ago now, and I couldnt believe how much better the truck looks with the old steps off. So now im debating on even installing my new black Go Rhino Dominator II steps or selling them as well?? What you guys think?

No steps! It will help keep your truck as light as possible which will help fuel mileage, you're going to need all the help you can get with those tires! It will also increase ground clearance a bit. Just me, but I think no steps goes with the theme of your truck much more too.

I plan on removing more chrome off the front end as well, and a black bowtie

The side looks so much cleaner and sportier, IMO, with no steps.

also a big fan no steps. to me, the steps make a 4WD truck look lower to the ground and subsequently more "2WD-ish". If you're going to put steps back on, you might as well put your plastic front air dam back on as well.

 

I personally don't care to ever own 2WD truck, but to each his own. Not knocking any of you 2WD guys for driving what you like.

The Dominators will look alot better than a standard nerf bar. Ide say go with the Dominators or no steps. Ive got a set of Westin bars that I want to take off my truck. They detract from the 4wd look. but, with the Dominators fitting tight to the body, I think they look good.

I say with just the leveling kit- No Steps

If you jacked her up a bit and needed steps then the Go Rhino's are the way to go IMO.

But your set up definitely looks better w/o steps.
