Ok guys i am new to the forum and just acquired my 2003 GMC 1500 SLE Ext. Cab truck

and decided to join here to get ideas and hopefully pass on some ideas. So now that i have this truck i am looking for some ideas to really make it look nice. I first want to start by maximizing my MPG so anyone with any ideas let me know.

What motor do you have and is it 2wd or 4 wd, also is it sitting stock? This will help get you correct information.

Welcome. With an 8 year old truck you can likely improve mpg fairly easily with new air filter, new plugs, and injector cleaning, and a few bottles of something like amsoil pi in the tank to help clean the valves.

Welcome and Congrats. Post your spec's and we'll make suggestions. Obviously the basics.. New plugs/wires/fuel filter, clean the throttle body, TB blade, MAF, all fluids to synthetic, proper tire pressure. All should have a positive result.
