Been seeing all this talk on the news about gas prices coming down.  They are saying the national average is ?.63 for premium.  In my town and surrounding towns, it's still ?.99 for 85 octane, ?.04 for 89 octane and ?.09 for 91 octane.  These prices have been the same since mid April, when they jumped from ?.59 to ?.79 to ?.99 in about 2 weeks time.  Anybody seeing this supposed drop in prices?

They've been hanging at ?.35 for the last week here in my town in Western PA.  That is for regular unleaded...

It's been around ?.39 for 87 octane for a while here, but the other day I noticed that it had dropped at a couple stations to ?.32.  I don't know if they are still that low or not.  They always seem to be the lowest right AFTER I fill up.  LOL!

?.44 for 87 octane last week end. It can change quickly but I think it goes up faster than it goes down.

?.19 ?!?!?!?!  DOUBLE ####!!!!

That's almost ?.00 cheaper for you to fill your 26 gallon tank vs my 26 gallon tank!! :o:o

If I could save that ?, on 2 tanks, that would cover a new K&N drop in or 10 quarts of Mobil 1!  I was jealous of the guys finding ?.35, but ?.19 ?!?  TRIPLE ####!!!

Hopefully it will go down some more before I need to fill the 40 gallon tank again...last time was about ?, and it only took 31 gallons, wasn't quite empty...

Road trip this weekend, and next weekend too...

sheesh...

Just went by the gas station here on base and it was ?.29 for 87.  The base station is usually 1 or 2 cents cheaper than the cheapest local station.

This is all a big joke.

For a while here gas prices were about ?.00, same time out in NC they were ?.40.  The local station here now has gas for ?.41, a drop of about sixty cents in about three weeks.

Its a crime, supply and demand is not the reason, its the oil companies figuring out different ways to screw us over and get more money.

Drop prices even more, support ethanol!!!

Hey,

I m not sure what price difference is from gal to L  but i m paying 71 cents/Litre..  in a matter of 2 weeks it has gone from 68 down to 63 and now up to 71..

It costs me roughly 35-40 bucks every time i fill up..

If i drive my truck to work for 6 days i fill up 3 times.

Right now my average fuel bill for the month is around 350-400 dollars a month..  with my truck payment in there as well my truck cost me 1000 bucks a month not including insurance..

The things i will go through to drive my truck :)

Chev4Ever - WOW...if that was me I think I'd add a cap and live in it! Filled up here in Albany, NY this morning and paid ?.61 at Mobil which is down from ?.70's couple of weeks ago. Could find it a few cents cheaper (I think one place has ?.56 but would have to go a bit out of my way to get it... as for ?.19 QUADROUPLE ####!
