Are you referring the the squeel when the window goes down and up???

Mine started doing that this past winter, only when it's cold out.

Its the squeal when the windows go down. Only when its cold..On a warm day it goes away.

I read a few older threads on this but it seems like noone has a fix for this

I have the same issue. I believe the felt is worn out on my seal on the outside and the seal is very stiff when its cold causing it to make that noise.

Yup, very embarrassing. I took it to the dealer and they blamed the noise on my tinted windows.

I believe there is a TSB for this issue. The dealer is supposed to grease the regulator and window track. I have the same problem just have not been to the dealer yet.

I would probably have to pay for that, I don't think it is covered by warranty. Is the TSB fix worth it?

Im out of the bumper to bumper so I was tryin to see if there actaully a fix. Old threads, guys go to the dealer and the window still makes noise

take off your door panel and spray white litium grease in the 2 window tracks. run it up and down a couple times to see if you got enough lube on there to make the noise and chatter go away.

Are you serious? I posted a fix right above your post. You searched out this old thread but couldnt read a single post in it?

I just had mine fixed.. There is a TSB on it...It requires lubication of the Regulator slides along with cleaning and lubricating the window slides...It cost me $56.00 for my dealer to make it happen..This looks like any easy do it yourself project so I'll handle the others if needed myself.
