Rough Country 2" Rear Blocks Getting Delivered Today.

After reading some postings on the Rough Country 6592/7652 2" Rear Block Kit I decided to order them. Installed a 1.5 inch level kit on the front about 3 months ago but now miss the rake......So...an additional 3/4 of an inch in the back should look good.

Are they difficult to install?

should take you about a half and hour each side if you take your time.

Yep, remove U-bolts from one side make sure you chop block ALL your wheels. Use a floor jack or similar to raise the front part of the leaf spring enough to remove the factory block and install the rough country. After block is installed with tapered end facing forward and seated in hole, slowly lower jack until leaf spring engages hole on block. Reinstall new U-Bolts and torque to 120 Ft. LBS. Repeat other side. I agree a half-hour each side. Finally show pics when done... :banghead:

Thanks, they came with no instructions at all.... When u say remove u bolts from one side do you mean from the drivers side front and back or are you talkin about if working on drivers side to only remove u bolts from front or rear of axle? Chop block wheels? Going to attempt to put them in tonight. I did the front myself so cant be too hard I guess...lol

Awesome, is your steering wheel still centered? Mine wasn't and that is why I gave you this advice because I did it the hard way and some how managed to throw the front end out of alignment. :banghead: Oh and thanks for correcting me Oldschool327 "Chock Block" not "Chop Block"

Honestly dont know as I havent driven it yet...How and the heck did u throw front end out doing the rear? Crazy but who knows. Funny part of this project is I forgot about my Firestone airbags. I was already setting 1/2 inch higher than stock in the back now 1 1/4 inch. More the better right....HAHA

can't find the 2" rear blocks on RC site. Where did you get them? I put the RC level on about 3 weeks ago and am actually about 1/8" high in the front now. I would like just a little rear high. So I'm thinking the 2" rear blocks would be perfect

Just order them from zone. Its the exact same thing except zone is about 50$ cheaper.

what about the bolts. reuse the old ones ? or do they come with from Zone also

No dont reuse the old bolts or nuts, order new ones from zone. The old ones wont be long enough. 2" zone blocks with new u-bolts and nuts should be around 65-70$ without shipping.
