2006 2500 Hd 6.0 Program

What does anyone think is the best program for my 2006 2500 HD 6.0 w/410 rear end. Looking to get a little better MPG and some power?

I got my tune from Charlie Wheatley back in the fall of 2006, love the tune. I asked for a 87 octane performance tune, while also still allowing the truck do what a 2500HD is to do. Just e-mail Charlie and he will help you. He was helpful for me and answered all my questions. I have also seen nothing but good reviews for BlackBear, but since I did not get my tune from them I can just repeat what other have said. Good Luck.
