6.2, To Cam Or Not To Cam

Has anyone heard that you can stick a stocker cam from a vette into the 6.2? Has anyone had any luck with any cam? I WANT CAM! NOW!

I would think the weight difference of the truck vs the corvette would make the vette cam less desireable due to the difference in torque curves.

 

Then again, I am not sure what the actual specs are of the stock 6.2 cam and the stock corvette cam.

Call somebody that knows what they're talking about and have them spec out a cam for you and cut it. It'll cost about $50-$100 more than an off-the-shelf grind, but you'll get what you're paying for.
