Igntion Switch Or Electrical Problem?

First, I tried searching for this topic and didnt see it, so I apologize if i'm repeating a question.

 

I currently own a 2007 GMC Envoy and the battery would be completely dead each morning. I took it to get a battery replacement and was told the battery is fine (after I jumped it). I then parked the car in my driveway and shut it off (I removed the key out of the ignition). As I open the door, I noticed that my Radio and AC are still on which is weird b/c the car should be completely off when the car is parked, key removed, and door opened. I started the car again and shut it off (same process - key removal, door open, etc), and still the AC and Radio wont turn off. Any thoughts on what is causing this?

Change the RAP relay for starters.
