Please Help With Radio Controls

Hi all,

i am new to this site. I am looking to add steering wheel controls to my 2007 new body style silverado, it has cruise. is this something i need to replace the steering wheel for and does anyone have any idea what parts i need and where i can get them. i would appreciate any advice

there's a "how to" in another forum but I read it like 4 months ago, let me find it again and I'll let you know

for what I can remember you have to change the steering wheel for the one with the controls in it

but in the mean time maybe some one else has more info about it
