2007 Silverado Air Conditioner Problems

Have a 2007 silverado 6 cylinder. My air conditioner will run good for a while then the drivers side will blow hot air and passenger side will still be cold. Turend the ignition on and I pulled the HAVAC 10 amp fuse under the hood and waited for 5 mins. Put fuse back in and started engine let idling for 5 mins hoping to reprogam the computer. It worked for about 5 hrs now I have the same problem. Yes it has dual temp controls. When the passenger side turns hot even the light on the temp control will go off when the air turns hot. I am thinking it is the blend air actuator. I need some experienced help
