Service Stabilitrack Light Kicked On Today...

Hi guys, 07 Yukon XL Denali here. 50K miles, the first time my "service stabilitrack" light came on, I was just pulling out of the dealership after some routine maintenance. I pulled right around and back in to the shop for them to clear the code and/or diagnose what was going on. It was interesting to note the Stabilitrack light, Service Traction Control, check engine light and the rear parking sensors diabled light on the DIC all displayed in sequence. The technician could not clear out the check engine light but did clear the others via his hand held programmer. Their advice to me was "it's ok to drive the car home even if you lost the stabilitrack because you still have AWD working for you. These things usually clear out in an hour or two. It most likely happened when we had the car on the lift and sometimes the Stabilitrack wheel sensors get a little sensitive to it". Ok, since I needed to get home I drove home and everything actually did clear out over night. I assumed that was the end of it and they were speaking the truth.

Round 2 about a month later: Was at a four way traffic stop and as I was creeping up to the stop sign and awaiting my turn to go, I felt a light "thud" from the rear end of the truck as though something electronic released something mechanical (almost like the slip yoke thud) and my dash once again lit up like a Christmas tree with the same warnings (Stabilitrack, Traction Control, Check Engine and Rear Parking Sensors have been Disabled). I was out of town and on a weekend so once again I didn't face much choice. Parked the truck after about 30 more minutes of errands and after about 3 hours went back to the truck, started it, and all the lights were cleared and off again. Go figure.

So, to the gurus here, any ideas? Before I take the truck back in again and they tell me "can not duplicate at this time", I thought I'd go armed with a little more knowledge. Tried the search function and couldn't find much. Other than that, the truck has been flawless. Love the 6.2, use it for occasional towing of my racecars and it's my daily workhorse.

TIA!

sometimes my service stabilitrak and trac control lights come on, especially after doing some offroading. Usually they disappear after I turn off and restart the truck

I think where I'm confused is that it happened this last time while doing nothing other than slowly creeping up to a stop sign and the rear parking sensor disabled light and DIC display come on. Can't figure out the correlation between the two.
