Rust On Exhaust Manifold

The manifold on the drivers side seems to have a little rust on just one inlet. Is this something I should worry about or is it a non-issue? By the way, this is a very new truck <2000 miles.

Steel & Cast iron rust and brand new vehicles have rust the minute there exposed to the atmosphere. Don't worry about it for at least 15-20 years in your neck of the woods.

I was expecting rust on the iron, just odd how localized it is. oh well.

They will be coverd in surface rust before long, nothing new. Happens to every vehicle. Could always get stainless headers if it bothers you.

stainless headers also develop surface rust, I've had them. (and yes, it can be bead blasted off and look new again, but it comes back)
