They completely missed the fact that you can now also get heated and cooled seats in a Silverado. One option that I really, really wanted in my '11 but without it, I ended up with the garbage cloth seats because I didn't want to be sticking to the non-cooled leather all summer.

Only thing I care about is the sway control. It'd be sweet if that could be flashed onto my 2011 but a doubt it. Though I'm not in the market, thank god for a body color HD. I hate chrome and all the big trucks are dripping with the stuff.

The new cooled leather seats are the only real news. Being that the GMT-900 is in a lame duck year model I am surprised to see the new grill. With the retooling shutdown for the new 2013's about 10 months away the 2012s will look a little unique from the rest, but still well aged.

Isn't there going to be 2013 GMT900? I thought there was, with the 'new' K2XX 2014's coming in April 2013. The plants are supposed to be retooled in stages, and some of that work will be started soon.

GM has done quite a job keeping the K2XX's under wraps! You would have thought there would be prototypes running around by now, and some good spy shots. I have seen NOTHING!

Correct, there will be a 2013 9 series truck/utility. CK2XX are still slated for 3rd quarter 2013.

New Z71 Appearance Package

Even trucks that work for a living should look good while doing it, so for 2012 Silverado HD will offer a HD Z71 appearance package for LT and LTZ models that includes a body-colored grille surround with a chrome mesh grille, body-colored bumpers and lower fascia, 18-inch polished forged aluminum wheels and other details.
