I got my Ford torsion keys finally, I want to know when I install the new keys if I'll have to go and get a front end alignment on my truck? thanks :chevy:

Well if it were myself I would get it aligned or at least checked. If your lucky enough like myself and know the shop well enough, or at least have spent the better part of your life taking your vehicle there, they aligned the front of my 65 Impala and said that the idler arm was shot, to change it out and they would recheck it. I did and they checked it, turns out the front end was out a little so they retouched it up and didn't charge me. Good buisness practice if you ask me.

I look at it this way, it is cheaper to get it done than to buy new tires, if for some reason it gets that bad before you can take it in to get aligned. You know the holidays coming up and all, our time is important and we run out of so fast, or at least it seems.

What is that saying Mom use to say, "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"? Or was that an apple a day?   :chevy:

Once I get my Key's it will hit the shop the next day. The only bad thing is I'm 23 miles out in the boony's. :thumb:

I installed my keys about two weeks ago. The toe and camber were way out. If I had driven thetruck 100 miles it would have ruined the tires.I had it alicgned the very next day. Just fyi 1.5" out on toe and camber both sides.
