Changing Gm Nav Lights,red To Green

anybody open-up a 08-10' gm nav radio,i just bought a nav for my 08' w/t,i got a non-bose radio from a envoy/arcadia,only problem is it lights up red,,i need to change the lights to green,,any thoughts?

What about changing the rest of the truck lights to red??? easier on the eye's at night!!!!

the red is way too bright and dimming them down really dims the dash to much

the only way to change the lighting is to switch the button covers from the red to the green , its not the light bulb itself that changes the color you see as its a white led on a circuit board that gives the light . Watch Ebay for a damaged GM Nav with the green buttons.
