Cloth To Leather Seats

There is a good deal on CL for some used leather seats for my 2005 silverado. Question is, the seats I have now aren't power, would it be difficult to switch over?

If it is the same year truck then a simple swap out. Might just need to supply power to the new power seats.

How would I go about supplying power?

You can find a power source in the fuse box. Remember to add an inline fuse.

Will the leather seats just plug in? That may sound like a stupid question.

It is possible that the harness might already be there under the seat. Just would have to remove the seats to find out. If not then you would have to run a power wire from the fuse box to the seats.
