69 Gmc 2500 Drum System

I have a 69 GMC 3/4 Ton 8-lug truck brakes are very hard & stiff not much of response. I replaced the master cylinder and bled the lines but no fluid comes out the rear's? no kink in the lines any help here????

  Decided to check for updates for my 2021 Silverado 1500, and the system showed no updates available. When I checked the build number, it looks like it hasn't been updated since it was new. Does this look like I'm missing a ton of updates? Thanks
