Today I decided I love my 06. It does everything I could possibly want of it, and looks awesome doing it. In my opinion, 03-07 are the second most iconic chevy's, right behind 88-98. Anyways... I love it, I thank myself every day for not going with a Ford, or even a Dodge

id have to say that the 99-02 style trucks are the most iconic because thats what started the GMT800 platform

Can't argue with that... I really like the 90's 4x4's though, just something about the way they drive and look and sound rolling down dirt roads.

The 06 has been out of this world... It's gonna be around a long time!

i love the GMT800 platform... they all are just very reliable and solid performing vehicles considering its such an old design... you know its good when its used 99 to 2007.

 

 

i really hope when i make the upgrade to a GMT900 in a few months it will be just as good

I've been happy with my GM trucks but I won't be calling the 400s, 800s or 900s iconic just yet. Maybe if I ever have kids one day he'll refer to those generations as iconic but for now I'd say the 73-87 trucks and the ones that are by far my favorite, the 67-72s.
