X-Mas hit and almost run

I can't wait till x-mas is over with I took my wofe out to get her a x-mas gift and parked in the handycap spot you would think your truck would be safe there NOT. I have a alaram on my truck and my remote went off and I went outside to find a lady trying to get into her car and drive away. I asked her did she hit my truck and she said yes and told me that she was jst about to put a note on my truck right. So I tol her that we need to call the poilce and she said are you sure. Well she went to put her car back into the spot she came of and backed into my truck again what the hell. All I could do was laugh because it hurt her can way more then my truck. She drove a 420 SEL AND SHE DESTORYED her rear tail light and rear fender haha. Oh well she has ins and they called me so I will have my bumber fixed marry x-mas right.

Did you park in the handicap spot because you are actually disabled or just for the convienance of parking up front? Sucks about your truck, atleast insurance will pick up the tab.

karma dosen't happen til death...common misconception...and i park in handicap spots if i'm going to be less then 5 minutes and their is no readily available spots, why? because if people can use being fat or i chain smoked to the point they need oxygen to qualify as handicapped then i think me as a tax paying hard working citizen can qualify for 5 minutes of handicap parking on a side note yes i realise that their are people that do need special parking, but the people that don't need it seem to use it more then the people that do...atleast around here

if the damage is high enough yes they will, or if a felony was committed(hit and run) i've had a girl back into me in an apartment complex and drove off and the police were on her like flys on shit...i don't agree with the OP parking in handicap because he felt like it but i'm not going to shun him either...people pick and choose laws to break, some speed, and the people that don't freak out and point fingers and complain...

Hopefully her/your insurance takes care of you. As for the parking spot well I seen the same situation happen to a guy I knew on an Army installation. Parked where he shouldn't have parked, and had the back corner of his car ran over by a fueler.
