Hinge pins on a 2002 GMC

Hi all ...Not finding much on changing hinge pins on an 02 GMC

I have the drivers door dropping a bit and would like to change the pins but they are not a straight pin , its the two short pins per hinge , is it a big issue to change these or ?

Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
