Going to my dealer to get the Molded splash guards installed as well as the rear fender liners installed today. I know, I know, I could of done this all myself- but I was offered a fair price to put them on. This way, the liability burden is on their end. I like it that way as my truck still only has 8k on it. HIDs are also ordered. Going to get a wash now before the install (its 20 degrees F out today haha) and I will post up some pictures a little later. Still not sure how I feel about the guards but it's gotta be better than nothing. Too many rocks where I work flying up and hitting my rocker panels. I cringe at the sound. Will update in a few hours ;)

Took about an hr and a half for dealer to install, and the fit is perfect. It changes the look of the truck definitely. I think it will be a worthwhile investment. HID install will be done by me and will update this thread accordingly.

Thanks!!! :)

Truck look great.... What HID's did you go with?

Bought the kit from this website - http://www.kryptonbulbs.com/. Heard some decent things and the price isn't expensive to where if they turn out to be complete junk I won't be out much.

How much were the painted mudflaps just curious dont have any plans to change mine out. I have seen em in different colors and am not a total fan. The silver ones dont look to bad though.

They aren't really "flaps" persay cause they don't give at all. I compare them to more of a physical albeit plastic, extension of the fender wells. They don't give like a rubber flap would. I'm not sure if I like that fact or not but, if it keeps more rocks and dirt off my truck (even somewhat) I'd be happy. As far as price goes, I received them as a Christmas gift from the lady. She used gmpartsdirect.com- and they took some time before the order was shipped she said. Nearly three weeks. Front and rear shipped from them was 140.00.

That's not a bad price for them being painted. Mine are the black hard plastic type and the rears have gold Chevy logos
