2002 gmc 1500hd starting/ Gear indicator issue

I have a 2002 gmc 1500hd 4x4 crew shortbed 6.0L 4L80e , My issue is the truck will not start when turning the key to start everything else happens just no signal to the ignition, My gear shift indicator light is commonly stuck in 2nd and never lights up in N. New starter, battery, ignition wiring harness, neutral safety switch, transmission. Could this be a wirring harness issue at the switch?

see if you can find someone with tech 2 scan. hope not but could be the PCM $$$$
