Advent OGM1 with GM1 Backup Camera installed

I searched and searched...couldn't come up with anything...thanks for the repost walt.

on another note. I re installed my OGM1 in my 12 last night....it was very glitchy and I had to do the system reset 3 or 4 times but seems to be working fine. I saw an error box pop up once and freeze everything out so I shut the truck off. After the last system reset everything seems okay.

I also tapped into my factory backup cam. Not sure if they put a higher quality camera in the 12s or not...but during the daylight the picture quality is just as good as my factory tahoe nav was. At night it is definitely a little grainy but I am more than satisfied with the picture quality after reading everyone elses reviews...

How did you tap in to the factory cam on your 2012? Having trouble on the 2013...

Got it! Traced the Blue wire (7) and the white wire (6) from the mirror. The issue was in the headunit! Tested on a generic monitor worked perfectly. Replacing the deck. Thanks!

Can you see the hitch ball with the bezel mounted camera? My main reason for wanting the backup camera is backing up to the travel trailer.
